Refund Policy

We want you to be satisfied with your purchase, and we understand that sometimes circumstances may require a return. Please take a moment to review our return policy to ensure a smooth and satisfactory experience.

Return Window: You may only return an item within 14 days of receiving it. After this period, we will not be able to accept any returns.

Eligible Returns: We accept returns only for damaged items. If the item you received is damaged or has a manufacturing defect, please contact our Customer Service team immediately.

Ineligible Returns: We do not accept returns for any other reasons, including but not limited to:

  • Items that have been used, worn, or laundered.
  • Custom or personalised items that were embroidered with specific designs, logos, or text according to your specifications.
  • Items that were damaged due to improper care or handling, such as exposure to harsh chemicals, abrasive materials, or improper washing.

Return Process:

  1. Contact our Customer Service team within 14 days of receiving your order at hello@hargio.co.uk. Please provide your order number and a detailed description of the damage.
  2. Our Customer Service team will guide you through the return process and provide you with a Return Authorisation (RA) number.
  3. Pack the damaged item securely in its original packaging (if possible) and include a copy of the RA form provided by our team.
  4. Ship the item to the address provided with the RA number, using a trackable and insured shipping method. Shipping costs for returning the item will be your responsibility.
  5. Once we receive the damaged item and inspect it, we will either replace the item or issue a refund, depending on your preference.

Refunds and Replacements:

  • If you choose a refund, it will be processed in the original payment method within 5 business days after the return is approved.
  • If you opt for a replacement, we will strive to create and ship a new item to you as quickly as possible, depending on product availability.
