RETURN & REFUND POLICY

Return Window: You may only return an item within 14 days of receiving it. After this period, we will not be able to accept any returns.
Eligible Returns: We accept returns only for damaged items. If the item you received is damaged or has a manufacturing defect, please contact our Customer Service team immediately.
Ineligible Returns: We do not accept returns for any other reasons, including but not limited to:

Return Process:

Our Customer Service team will guide you through the return process and provide you with a Return Authorisation (RA) number. Pack the damaged item securely in its original packaging (if possible) and include a copy of the RA form provided by our team. Ship the item to the address provided with the RA number, using a trackable and insured shipping method. Shipping costs for returning the item will be your responsibility.
Once we receive the damaged item and inspect it, we will either replace the item or issue a refund, depending on your preference. Refunds and Replacements:
If you choose a refund, it will be processed in the original payment method within 5 business days after the return is approved.
If you opt for a replacement, we will strive to create and ship a new item to you as quickly as possible, depending on product availability.
